I have done some socket programming in the past and I'm going to start writing a game. I noticed that when you use yahoo games there is no security prompt and therefore the applet is not signed. In what way are the client and server communicating that does not require the applet to be signed?What technology does yahoo games use for communication between client and server?
If you have done some programming before, don't you remember what the security restrictions for applets are?
