What kind of motherboard is good for running a server?

Me and a few friends are going to all chip in to buy a new computer specifically for running a server. To be exact, a maplestory private server when the files are released. I know what kind of cpu, ram, etc. i'm gonna get, i just dont know if there is such a thing as a good motherboard for running servers. What kind of motherboard is good for running a server?
Don't know how powerful a server you want. Tell you what, how about checking these offerings, and then later if this is indeed what you guy's want to do, you can go 'for the gusto'. This way you're not out that much in buck's, and these will push a lot!

(They come with dual processors! [dual as in two actual processors)

Yes, there are motherboards that are server rated. They are designed for continuous use and low failure rate. All of the major MB manufacturers will have server rated boards. Case design and power supply are something else you want to make sure is server rated for reliability.
