How can i configure outlook in a system in a network connected to a server system, internet is only provide in that server system. So what will be the incoming and outgoing servers i have o set in the network system.

Internet wont be a problem to get since you can direct your computer to use the shared server as the default gateway or proxy. But as your e-mail you should highlight if its private mail or yahoo/live,gmail. Its easy with the last three mail sources because there are instructions on google for setting them up with Outlook. If it's a server system then amongst the servers should be an MS Exchange server. You will need to have an account on the Exchange server and when you set up your account on Outlook (not Outlook Express) you'll need your user name as well as the Exchange server name to fill in the details. There's a setup wizard on the Outlook Tools menu (Tools%26gt;Accounts%26gt;Add).
