Im a new server and so far I am doing fine but thats because it is slower than usual this time of year. What amount of tables do you have to be able to handle to show that you are truly a good server or experienced?What do you consider to be an overwhelming amount of tables to handle at once for a server?
About 6 tables of four would be quite a busy task. But it does depend on the type of establishment and the type of service offered by it.
