I am building an online pacs server for medical imaging. What is my best option for servers to buy? I'm starting with 100TB of space so is the Dell blade a good choice? It will be for millions of images catagorized into specific patient files that doctors can retrieve for viewing.What is the best large scale server to buy if I'm storing millions of medical images?
